Breaking from what most churches do during the summer (i.e., reducing or eliminating worship opportunities), Mount Olive is adding an extra opportunity, the Recharge Summer Worship Series.

Together with Pastor Wangerin and other guest preachers, we will explore what we truly need to be sufficient through a variety of methods -- drama, video, and other forms of media will enhance our time together, each as its own way to proclaim God’s Word -- and fellowship as we thank and praise God for His wonderful message of salvation through Jesus Christ, who is the answer to all of our unfulfilled desires and our search for meaning.

Keep in mind that this is not intended as a replacement for the Divine Services we celebrate each Saturday and Sunday, but was created to offer more time to learn and grow in God’s Word. In our worship, our focus continues to be on what Mount Olive has done exceedingly well for the past 116 years — preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the means of salvation, allowing Him to work through us as His children.
